Sales Associate/Suiting Specialist(Twelve Oaks Location):

J. Parker Ltd has been serving Savannah and the Low Country for over 50 years with a total of 5 stores across the area.

Responsibilities 

  • Greet customers and inquire about their needs and preferences.
  • Help customers find the perfect clothing items based on their size, style, and occasion.
  • Measure customers to ensure a proper fit.
  • Showcase product features and benefits.
  • Answer questions about clothing care and maintenance.
  • Maintain the clothing displays and keep the store floor organized.
  • Operate the cash register and process customer payments.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional items.
  • Maintain awareness of current sales and promotions.
  • May assist with inventory management and stocking shelves.

Skills Required 

  • Experience in custom suiting/tailoring 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong product knowledge of men's clothing, including different fits, styles, and fabrics
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and identify their needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and upselling skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Time management skills
  • Patience and a positive attitude

Sales Associate(All Locations):
